Cancellation and Refund Policy

This is the Cancellation and refund policy for GEC Designs, accessible from GEC Designs.

You can only request for a refund if the purchased template is not yet downloaded under your account.
Incase you are finding difficulties in customizing the template, our expert team will help you with the customization at additional cost of $5 only.
No refund will be processed incase of by mistake purchases.
Please bear in mind that to edit our resources you need specific graphics editor software. We recommend Adobe Illustrator for vectors and Adobe Photoshop for photos and PSD files
It is important that you send the refund request from the email address linked to your GEC Designs account in order to authorize it. If possible, please include the payment ID so we can complete the process as quickly as possible.
If you don't remember the email address linked to your account, please provide us with the following details in order to find your payment:
Last 4 digits of the card used for the payment
Expiry date on the card
Exact date of the payment
Paypal email address and/or payment reference
