No. AI models, features, supported options, availability, and credit costs may be added, changed, limited, replaced, or removed at GEC Designs' sole operational discretion. These changes may be required because of provider availability, safety requirements, technical performance, pricing, legal obligations, or product policy. We do not require individual customer approval before making such changes. Where reasonably practicable, active subscribers will be notified by email about material upcoming changes.

Reference images uploaded for AI generation are temporary working files. They are scheduled for automatic deletion from GEC Designs storage within 72 hours. Do not upload confidential material or any image you do not have permission to use.

Credits are reserved when generation begins and captured only after the provider returns a successful result that can be saved. The exact amount is shown beside the Generate button before you submit.

Yes. Reserved credits are released when the provider fails, the request is rejected before generation, or the result cannot be stored. A successful generation that has already been delivered is chargeable.

Each model has different provider costs, output quality, resolution support, editing features, and reference-image capabilities. Higher-resolution and premium models therefore use more credits.

GEC Designs allows a maximum of three reference images per generation, even when an underlying model supports more. Some models do not support reference images.

Saved generations use your managed AI storage allowance. Archived and trashed files continue to count until they are permanently deleted from Trash.

New generations and retained uploads are blocked at 100% usage. You can still download files, delete items, and permanently empty Trash to recover space.

Commercial use is included with paid plans, subject to the applicable terms, provider restrictions, and third-party rights. You remain responsible for reviewing the result before use.

Yes. Open a completed item and choose Edit to continue in the relevant AI editor. Available editing features depend on the selected model and file type.

No. Generated concepts may resemble existing marks. Conduct an appropriate trademark clearance search before commercial adoption or registration. GEC Designs does not guarantee uniqueness or registrability.

Use Recraft V4 SVG for a standard SVG workflow or Recraft V4.1 Pro SVG for higher-resolution, premium vector output. Raster models are better suited to concept exploration and presentations.
