Will the available AI models, options, and credit costs remain unchanged throughout my subscription?
No. AI models, features, supported options, availability, and credit costs may be added, changed, limited, replaced, or removed at GEC Designs' sole operational discretion. These changes may be required because of provider availability, safety requirements, technical performance, pricing, legal obligations, or product policy. We do not require individual customer approval before making such changes. Where reasonably practicable, active subscribers will be notified by email about material upcoming changes.
Can I try GEC Designs AI before subscribing?
Registered free users receive two lifetime AI Image Generator generations on the approved trial models. Logo and Poster generation are included from the Starter plan.
Do subscription credits roll over?
Subscription credits are issued each month and expire at the next monthly credit anniversary. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
How long do purchased credit packs remain valid?
Extra credit packs remain separate from subscription credits and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Can I use generated designs commercially?
Commercial use is included with every paid plan. You remain responsible for checking trademarks, brand rights, and any third-party material before publishing or registering a final design.
Which plan includes all three generators?
Starter, Plus, and Pro include the AI Image, Poster, and Logo Generators. Basic includes the AI Image Generator with the approved economical model set.
Where are my generated files stored?
Signed-in users can access generated files through their private AI downloads, favourites, archives, and trash areas, subject to the storage allowance included with their plan.
