How to rearrange PDF pages online
Add your PDF
Drag in the file you want to reorganise, or click to browse. Password-protected PDFs are accepted — you will be asked to unlock the file first.
Move pages into place
Every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag one to a new position, shift-click to select a run of pages, or use Select all, Odd and Even to grab alternates.
Rotate, duplicate or delete
Rotate any page in 90° steps, duplicate a page you need twice, or remove the ones you do not want. Ctrl+Z undoes anything, Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes it.
Save the new file
Press Save PDF. The rebuilt document downloads immediately, with the pages in exactly the order shown on screen.

Everything here works on the page level: the content of a page is never altered, only its position, orientation and whether it is included at all.

Frequently asked questions
Does rearranging pages change their quality?
No. Pages are copied across intact, with text, vectors and images untouched. Only the order, rotation and inclusion of each page changes.
Will a rotation stick when I open the file elsewhere?
Yes. The rotation is written into the page's own /Rotate value, so every PDF viewer shows it the same way. This is a permanent change to the saved file, not a temporary view setting.
Can I reorganise a password-protected PDF?
Yes. Add the file and enter its password when prompted. The password is used in your browser to open the document and is never transmitted or saved. The saved file is not password protected.
What happens to bookmarks and form fields?
Rebuilding a document cannot keep AcroForm fields interactive, so flattening is on by default and any filled-in values are baked into the page. Existing bookmarks are not carried across, because their page targets no longer match the new order.
Is there a limit on the number of pages?
No. A PDF can be up to 100 MB, and long documents work — thumbnails render only as you scroll, so the page stays responsive. Very large documents may still feel slow to drag on an older device.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Your PDF and any password you enter never leave your device.
