No. AI models, features, supported options, availability, and credit costs may be added, changed, limited, replaced, or removed at GEC Designs' sole operational discretion. These changes may be required because of provider availability, safety requirements, technical performance, pricing, legal obligations, or product policy. We do not require individual customer approval before making such changes. Where reasonably practicable, active subscribers will be notified by email about material upcoming changes.

Reference images uploaded for AI generation are temporary working files and are scheduled for automatic deletion from GEC Designs storage within 72 hours. Do not upload confidential content or images you do not have permission to use.

All templates are available in editable formats such as PSD, AI, SVG, or PNG depending on the product.

Yes, all our templates are fully editable. To customize them, you’ll need compatible graphic design software:

  • Adobe Photoshop – for PSD files
  • Adobe Illustrator – for vector files (AI, EPS, SVG)

We recommend checking the file format listed on each product page before purchase.

Only logged-in users can purchase and download templates on GEC Designs. Once your payment is completed, all your purchased templates will be available under the “My Orders” page of your account. From there, you can click the Download button next to each order to access your files anytime.

Refunds are only possible if the file has not been downloaded. We do not provide refunds for mistaken purchases or downloaded items. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Yes, you must create and log in to your GEC Designs account to make a purchase. This ensures secure access to your purchased templates, which will be available under your “My Orders” section. Having an account also allows you to manage your downloads, view order history, and receive exclusive updates and offers.

Yes! All our premium templates come with a royalty-free license, allowing you to use them for both personal and commercial projects without attribution. However, reselling or redistributing the original files as-is is strictly prohibited.

For free and VIP templates, commercial and personal use is also permitted, but attribution is required (for example, linking back to GEC Designs). If you are a subscribed user, attribution is not required, and you gain access to:

  • 100 downloads per day
  • An ad-free browsing experience
  • Exclusive access to upcoming AI tools and features

We accept a variety of secure payment methods including:

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will be automatically redirected to the “My Orders” page. There, you’ll find a list of all your purchased templates with a Download button next to each item.

If you closed the window before the redirect, simply go to your account by clicking Profile ❎ My Orders to access and download your templates at any time.

You will also receive a purchase confirmation email at your registered email address. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure the payment was successfully completed
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@gecdesigns.com with your payment details so we can assist you promptly.
