This website is operated by Great East Creations Technology Private Limited, also known as GEC Designs, a company registered in India (CIN: U72900TN2021PTC146766).

By accessing GEC Designs, purchasing digital assets, subscribing to a plan, uploading content, or using an AI tool, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, License Policy, and applicable product rules. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or have lawful authority to use the service.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for your credentials, account activity, and devices.
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used to evade plan limits.

2. Marketplace assets and licenses

Templates, stock assets, videos, wallpapers, website content, previews, source files, branding, code, and marketplace materials are owned by GEC Designs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Purchases and subscriptions grant only the applicable limited license. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, scrape, mirror, or make original files available as competing stock content. Review our License Policy.

3. AI tools and outputs

AI tools generate probabilistic results. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, similar to third-party material, or fail to meet a prompt. GEC Designs does not guarantee uniqueness, copyrightability, trademark availability, factual accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• You are responsible for reviewing every output before use or publication.
• You must obtain all rights, permissions, and consents needed for prompts, uploads, reference images, logos, names, and likenesses.
• You are responsible for trademark, copyright, publicity-right, privacy, defamation, advertising, and other legal clearances.
• AI outputs must not be presented as authentic evidence or as a real event, endorsement, or statement when that would mislead others.

4. Strictly prohibited AI use

You must not use GEC Designs AI tools to create, upload, request, edit, publish, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming content, or any exploitative content involving minors.
• Pornography, explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, “nudify” content, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized depictions of any person without explicit lawful consent.
• Deceptive impersonation, identity fraud, false endorsements, fabricated evidence, or misleading depictions of a living or deceased person.
• Harassment, humiliation, defamation, threats, stalking, doxxing, hate content, or content intended to expose, mock, exploit, or harm a person.
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other third-party rights.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, evasion of security controls, illegal goods or services, violent wrongdoing, terrorism support, or instructions that facilitate unlawful harm.
• False medical, legal, financial, political, or public-safety material presented as professional advice or verified fact.

GEC Designs may block requests, remove content, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, and report matters where required by law. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate account revocation without prior notice and without a refund.

5. Living and deceased persons

You must not use the name, face, voice, identity, biography, or recognizable likeness of any living or deceased person to deceive, defame, sexualize, fabricate endorsement, manipulate reputation, or imply a real statement or event without lawful authority and appropriate disclosure. Satire, commentary, or artistic use must still comply with applicable law and must not be misleading or abusive.

6. Uploads and reference images

You retain responsibility for uploaded content. You grant GEC Designs and its infrastructure and AI providers a limited license to host, transmit, process, transform, and temporarily store uploads only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.

AI reference images are temporary working files scheduled for automatic deletion within 72 hours. Generated files retained in your AI library remain subject to your storage allowance and deletion controls. Do not upload confidential, biometric, sensitive, unlawful, or third-party content unless you have a lawful basis and all required permissions.

7. Models, features, credits, and service changes

AI models, providers, options, resolutions, features, availability, limits, queue priority, storage allowances, and credit costs may be added, changed, limited, replaced, or removed at GEC Designs' sole operational discretion. Changes may be made for provider availability, safety, legal, technical, quality, or commercial reasons. Customer approval is not required. Where reasonably practicable, active subscribers will receive email notice of material upcoming changes.

8. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not end access during the already-paid billing period.
• Monthly and annual subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law or for a verified duplicate charge or billing error.
• Unused credits, storage, generations, downloads, or remaining subscription time do not create a refund entitlement.

9. Fair use and technical restrictions

• Do not bypass rate limits, credits, storage quotas, access controls, signed URLs, or download restrictions.
• Do not hotlink, embed, scrape, mirror, cache, or redistribute protected AI or marketplace asset URLs.
• Do not use bots or automation except through an expressly authorized interface.
• We may throttle, queue, reject, or suspend activity that threatens platform stability, security, cost control, or fair access.

10. Moderation and enforcement

Inputs, uploads, and outputs may be reviewed by automated systems and, where necessary, authorized personnel for abuse prevention, security, support, legal compliance, and policy enforcement. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our reasonable discretion.

11. Intellectual property complaints

Report suspected infringement or misuse to support@gecdesigns.com with sufficient details to identify the content and your rights.

12. Service availability and disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Models and third-party providers may be unavailable, delayed, modified, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent retention, exact generation times, or any specific output.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEC Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business-loss damages arising from use of the platform, AI outputs, third-party providers, lost data, or account action.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify GEC Designs and its personnel against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, prompts, uploads, outputs, publications, infringement, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Tamil Nadu, India. Courts with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will handle disputes, subject to mandatory consumer law.
